Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Colombo. Over 15 years of financial management experience from a variety of financial roles held within manufacturing, education and not for profit industries, with a focus on improving and streamlining performance. Dushi joined Karitane in 2011. As Chief Finance Officer she is responsible for the company’s finance management, payroll function, and finance policies, in addition to managing relationships with lending institutions and external auditors.
