Digital Services

Karitane responded to COVID-19 with a 100% digital transformation of services to ensure safe and accessible care for families. With the release of the Australian Government’s “3-Step Recovery Plan” we are excited to announce the gradual re-introduction of face-to-face services. We will continue to offer a range of virtual services which have achieved such positive outcomes for families and exceptional feedback. For our introduction of face-to-face services see here. As COVID-19 continues to put increased pressure on the health system we no longer require a GP/health professional referral. Access for parents still remains easier than ever, parents can self-refer on-line here.

We offer a number of services to support families with children birth – 5 years using digital platforms so our caring Karitane professionals can support you in your home. All you need is a smartphone laptop or tablet.
