Integrated Care Hubs

Karitane continues to monitor and respond to COVID-19 following all NSW Health guidelines. We offer both face-to-face and virtual services and our team work with each family to match the right service and delivery to each family’s individual needs. If you are attending face-to-face services all clients, families and visitors are required to a wear a mask (children under 12 years are exempt). We are bringing the care and expertise of our Karitane team to you in partnership with other community services to make it easy and convenient. Karitane are providing individual Child and Family Health consultations to assist you with common parenting challenges including; sleep and settling, breastfeeding, feeding and nutrition, routines, toddler behaviour, and provide you with an individualised parenting plan filled with strategies to support your family. 

The range of services at the integrated care hubs are unique to meet the needs of the local community and vary from site to site.

A NEW service providing you with support and education from the comfort of your home. Using a computer or smartphone you now can access 2 hour individual consultations with a Karitane child and family health nurse for parenting challenges such as; sleeping and settling, feeding, toddler behaviour, adjustment to parenting and postnatal depression and anxiety.
