Being a Parent is a free, 9-week, parent-led course supporting you to build your parenting toolkit.
Time: 12 - 2pm

Eligibility: Parents under 25 years, living in South West Sydney, with children aged 2-11 years.

- Being a good enough parent
- Understanding behaviour and feelings
- How to listen and connect with your child
- Discipline strategies
- Child-led play
FREE Child Minding is available for children under 5 and afternoon tea is also provided.
